The management is horrible. Apparently, the criminal background checks as required by the Association documents are not taken seriously. Can't use the clubhouse without putting up money. If you want to use the pool, don't bother bringing anything with you that might allow you to enjoy your time. Additionally, don't forget the pool key, can't get in or out with it. The rent is unreasonable and prices are unreasonable considering the condition of the units. "Remodeled" apparently means slap on some paint and make it look nice.
