The developer of Ventana handed the keys to the lender quite some time ago. Sales have been slow even though prices were reduced substantially. They even changed brokers to see if that would help (my guess). Well, last sale was in October of 2008, over a year ago from what I can see. So here comes the auction. They are publicizing the auction well, both to buyers and Realtors. Buyers must register, inspect, review the sales contract, etc. before the auction.
